Citi Alerts is a notification service that delivers SMS or email alerts to customers when there is a specific activity on their deposit, investment and loan accounts. |

How do I enroll for Citi Alerts? |
|
You can enroll through the following way: |

- Successfully log on to Citibank Online
- Select 'My Profile' on the top menu under ' Services'
- Click on "CitiAlert" for instant enrollment
|
Here, you can create and customize Citi Alerts unique to your needs by selecting your preferred notification method for each alert. |

How can I de-enroll from Citi Alerts? |
|

Yes, you can de-enroll via the following method any time. |
|
- Successfully log on to Citibank Online
- Select 'My Profile' on the top menu under ' Services'
- Click on CitiAlert" for de-enroll
- Uncheck all the alerts for which you are enrolled and you will no longer receive Citi Alerts

How can I update the bank with my contact details? |

To successfully receive Citi Alerts, please ensure that you keep your email address and mobile phone details updated with us at all times: |

- Update your contact details at any of our Branches.
- Successfully log on to Citibank Online and password and choose "Change Contact Information" from "Edit Profile and Preferences". One time password will be sent to your registered mobile phone, you are required to enter for authentication before updating the contact details.
